Adults only and fictional AI
You must be at least 18 years old to use MiaCam. Mia and other configured characters are fictional adults generated by AI. They are not real people or webcam performers. Do not use the service if you are under 18.
Prohibited content and regional availability
Do not request, create, upload, or distribute sexual content involving minors; incest; bestiality; rape or non-consensual sexual content; sexual torture or extreme sexual violence; trafficking or real-world paid sexual arrangements; non-consensual sexual depictions of real people; celebrity sexual deepfakes; or undressing or face-swap pornography of real people. Do not use uploads without the rights and consent required by our policies.
Certain features, including explicit adult functionality, may be unavailable in some jurisdictions due to local legal or compliance requirements. Features may differ by region. Users in restricted regions can continue to use available non-explicit companion features.
Credits, purchases, and refunds
MiaCam currently offers one-time credit-pack purchases. Prices and the number of credits are shown before checkout. Credits are used for generated video, at the rate shown in the product interface. Purchases are processed by NOWPayments; cryptocurrency payment details and network fees are shown by the payment provider before you confirm. Credit packs do not renew automatically, and the current service does not sell subscriptions. See Refunds.
Accounts, content, and enforcement
You are responsible for your account and submitted content. You retain rights you hold in your user content and give MiaCam permission to process it to provide, secure, and support the service. You must not infringe others’ rights. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts for policy violations, abuse, security risks, or legal requirements.
Service, liability, and contact
The service and generated outputs are provided as available and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, MiaCam LTD disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
