MiaCam currently sells one-time credit packs only. There are no recurring subscriptions or automatic renewals. Credit quantity and price are shown before checkout; payment is processed through NOWPayments.
- Duplicate or mistaken charge: Contact us with the payment/provider reference so we can investigate and correct duplicate processing.
- Failed service: If a paid generation fails, the app attempts to return reserved credits. Contact support if the credit balance was not restored.
- Unused credits and credit packs: Contact us promptly to request a refund review. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, payment status, and whether credits have been used. Used credits are generally not refundable except where required by law.
- Cryptocurrency payments: Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and the payment provider’s capabilities. Exchange-rate movement and network fees may affect the amount returned.
